M-Resistance Flow w/Helen 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Resistance Flow uses weights, bands, balls, the barre, pilates and more
in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.
– Increase bone density and muscle strength
– Gain flexibility, mobility, stability, balance and coordination
– Reduce risk of injury or falls
– Improve heart health and stabilize blood sugar
– Ease arthritic joint pain
– Keep your mind agile too

Adults 18+ at any level of fitness are welcome!

All resistance materials provided
Bring your own mat, if you have one
Please wear athletic shoes or shoes with no slip soles

Classes run every Monday from 11am – 12pm
Cost: $10 suggested donation
