Self Protection Seminar

This Seminar is about expanding knowledge in self protection by building off of what people already know,
and teaching new tolls to help people feel more safe in their abilities to defend themselves in the event
they get into a situation.

Open to anyone, all ages and skill levels.
The seminar will be adjusted to the participants with the goal everyone learns and feels more confident
in their skills.

Taught by a local small business woman who has taught karate for over ten years in a positive style who
wants to share her knowledge with her community.

Materials provided: Inflated crash pad for falling, pads for hitting, self protection tools (Kubatons & Munios)

Materials Attendee should bring: Clothing you can move comfortably in and a water bottle.

Cost of Class: $25.00 (Includes seminar and a Kubaton or Munio)
