May 2023 is Osteoporosis Awareness Month!!!
Please join our yoga studies during May as we explore the ins and outs of osteoporosis.
With the aging process, bone growth does not keep up with bone reabsorption which leaves the bones vulnerable to breaks particularly in the spine and hips.
During our studies we will explore ways of improving bone health through nutrition, supplements, and physical efforts including yoga postures.
Time: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 – 11:15 AM
Equipment: Bring your yoga mat, if available
