Gentle morning yoga to help focused on “Self Empowerment“ 

This is a gentle morning yoga class that will focus on “Self Empowerment “ for the month of January.

You also benefit from better balance, coordination, and increased mental peace throughout the day.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursday 10:00 to 11:15 in the Barefoot Studio (east side of the Welcome Center) at Who Gives a SCRAP.

Drop-ins and all levels of experience/abilities are invited. Simply show up with comfortable clothing.
