This is a gentle morning yoga class that increases bone density by putting force on your spine and hips. You also benefit from better balance, coordination, and increased mental peace throughout the day. They meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-12:00 in the Barefoot Studio (east side of the Welcome Center) at Who Gives a SCRAP. Drop-ins and all levels of experience/abilities are invited. Simply show up with comfortable clothing. $5-10 suggested donation
