This yoga practice is being offered to promote a healthy immune system through intention, attitude, and attention while honoring the practice with self-kindness. The practice will include Asana for the four movements of the spine, balance, breathing practices, body scan, reflection, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Every Tuesday and Thursday at Who Gives a Scrap.
