These classes are carefully designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving.

We currently offer three classes; Strength Fusion, Pilates Mat, and BarreSOL®.
– Strength Fusion: A high rep strength training class that utilizes weights, bands, and a touch of barre.
(A great one for the exercise enthusiasts.)
– Pilates Mat: An innovative, dynamic, and challenging workout utilizing props throughout.
* Offers enough variations to increase/decrease the level of difficulty.
* Includes the ability to modify for specific contraindications, meeting the needs of each individual.
(All levels of fitness and experience welcome.)
– BarreSOL®: A sequence of dynamic and isometric movements that will mindfully sculpt your body and elevate your sol.
Get ready to sweat!
This class will cause you to burn an upwards of 500 calories in a single hour.

May 2023 is Osteoporosis Awareness Month!!!
Please join our yoga studies during May as we explore the ins and outs of osteoporosis.
With the aging process, bone growth does not keep up with bone reabsorption which leaves the bones vulnerable to breaks particularly in the spine and hips.
During our studies we will explore ways of improving bone health through nutrition, supplements, and physical efforts including yoga postures.
Time: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 – 11:15 AM

muscle memory training with focus on core stability, weight placement/alignment, injury prevention,
and rehabilitation.
– Musical Theater
– Beginning & Intermediate level Tap & Hip Hop
– Basic Skills & Fine-Tuning in Acrobatics
Weddings – Meghan teaches the basics of couple’s dancing and also offers personalized choreography services.
Offering for first-dances, father-daughter, mother-son, and even fun bridal party, flash mob, or any other
creative dance you would like to be a part of your special day!
Private lessons are on a first-come-first-serve basis with limited space.
Group lessons available with multiple students interested at point of scheduling or as interest builds
(current “waitlist” lessons/classes include ballet and combo (ballet & tap) for ages 3-5, and beginning
ballet for ages 6-8 and 9-12).
